Way to go, Idaho!

Last weekend a few girlfriends and I spent a few days up in Grace, Idaho at a cabin. Here are some rocking chairs out on the gazebo that overlooks the canyon pictured below. So pretty. I loved it. Saturday morning, we spent about an hour digging out Heather's car. We high-centered it the night before thinking it was clear enough to go all the way up the driveway. Nope. The entire bottom of the car was up on packed snow. We finally freed enough snow from under the car to push it free. We parked at the gate from there on out.Saturday afternoon we decided to see what was going down in the town of Grace. We found Chadwick's--the coolest store ever. It sold just about anything you could ever want that is from the 1970's and on. I don't even know how they stay in business, but I'm glad they do. Here are a few examples: I checked out these puppy slippers and I'm sure they are so, so old. I should have bought them and sold them on ebay for a killer 'vintage' price.
That night we headed to Lava Hot Springs for some incredible Thai food (which I'm still craving to eat some more of) and a soak in the hot springs. Good eats and always good people watching in Lava. If you ever go there, you have to eat at the gas station-turned into a Thai restaurant. It's so good.
From left to right: Charlotte, Me, Bryn, Heather and Sara. I love all of the colors of our jackets. Totally unplanned, I promise.

Here is Bryn chillin' after soaking in the hot springs. I must have been thirsty choosing the location for these last two photos.
