Snowed In

Todd and I spent Christmas Eve watching the storm come and turn into a blizzard. Look how cozy our little house looks. I love this shot. It makes me feel like its out of an old Christmas story book or something. The storm lasted just a few hours, so once it was done, Todd and I decided to go into Logan. Hmmm, what would be open at 8 pm on Christmas Eve? Don't worry K-mart was. I picked up some very cute Christmas decorations for half off, a last minute gift for our neighbors, and took some photos in the photo booth. But when we got done getting our snapshots, we saw the "out of order" sign. Oh well... Getting hungry--what else is open? Formosa! The best Chinese food in town. We were the second to last people allowed in, but they welcomed us with a round of "Deck the Harrs with Bows of Horry, Fa-ra-ra-ra-ra-ra-ra-ra" Okay, not really. I stole that from 'A Christmas Story'... But the food was delicious and the service was very gracious. All in all, a Christmas Eve not to forget.
