I realize that I'm continually behind on this blog. It drives me crazy that I'm always playing catch-up. Soon though, I'll be caught up. I will.
I have been dying to write about Autumn and the happiness it ALWAYS brings me. I know it's close when I hear pre-season football music and commentators on my TV. I salivate, like Pavlov's dog, and can't wait to breathe crisp air, smell the fallen leaves, and have a reason to pull out my fall decor. This autumn has been incredibly beautiful. So many warm days to be outside soaking in the goodness. We've been able to enjoy our flowers and garden for so long this year. It's been so nice.
I never actually watched or particularly liked watching football until I married Todd. Now I love it. Remy even likes to shout, READY, SET, HIKE! when we've got a game on. Really she just says SET over and over, and it's really cute to see how proud Todd is that he taught her that.
We've been doing a lot of 'park hopping'. I think I like the Whittier Center's new park the best, although Ryan's place park (pictured below) is a good one too.
We've had some pretty big raspberries this year. Our little patch produces enough to satisfy Remy and I in one picking. Most of the time we don't even need a bowl. We just go and eat whatever we pick. And let me tell you, it really is quite a bit. Little Rem can throw down A TON of raspberries. And so can I.
